I also was sent on my way to fend for myself right after graduation from high school. I was not prepared for what the world was about to throw in my face but I dealt with it and came out okay. As adults we have to stand on our own two feet and not count on anyone taking care of us. You and your sister will both be okay. You will survive. At least now we have the internet to communicate some of our concerns. When I graduated from high school I was entirely on my own, The future children will have a lot more information to help them than we did. These two sites are a good start. Thanks for sharing.
